Texas Sculpture Group, a non-profit arts organization with over 90 members from all corners of the state, will present a group exhibition in the Texas State Capitol. The exhibition is June 11-15, 2013, with a Closing Reception open to the public on June 15th, 2013, 5:30-7:00 pm.
Location: The Texas State Capitol, 1100 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX, 78701.
The Exhibiton is on the Ground Floor Rotunda, underneath the main Rotunda. The Ground Floor Rotunda is on level “G†and the reception space is on level “E2â€.
There is a visitor parking lot at 12th and San Jacinto, and meter parking on the street.
Independent curator, Diana Roberts, has made her selections from Texas Sculpture Group members’ works. Roberts is a San Antonio-based curator, who has organized and installed over 100 exhibits in Texas and written for Sculpture Magazine, Art News and Art Lies, among other arts publications.
