Call for Entry: ‘Solid Substance’ at GGallery in Houston

November 5-27, 2011The Exhibit will be curated by Catherine Anspon, Fine Arts Editor, “Paper City”, Houston and author of the publication “Texas Artists Today”.THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2011.

You may send two images per work.If you need to send a video clip you can use vimeo.com and list the link on the wufoo entry form.Sculpture must be no larger than 2’ x 2’ x 12’ (width x depth x height) whether it is a wall relief or free standing sculpture. (Several people have asked if they could submit drawings. At this point, we are asking for 3-Dimensional work only; we have plans for a Drawings by Sculptors show in the future.)

November 5-27, Exhibition time frame.
Opening Reception, Saturday, November 5 from 6:00-9:00pm at GGallery,

Delivery of selected sculpture (whether hand delivered or shipped)—
Monday, October 31 through Wednesday, November 2—12:00-5:00pm.

Installation—Thursday and Friday, November 3 and 4
Pick-up work, Monday, 28 through Wednesday, 30

Gallery Hours: 12:00-5:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday
